Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

MAKES 1 SERVING

INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Vanilla Glucerna Hunger Smart® shake
1 ¼ cups whole strawberries
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

Banana Smoothie

MAKES 1 SERVING

INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Vanilla Glucerna Hunger Smart® shake
1 small ripe banana
¼ tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
